This bi-weekly class will meet via Zoom on the first and third Thursdays of the month. This is a three-month program consisting of six sessions.

It is a chance to share triumphs, frustrations, tips and goals for the next two weeks. I will share any new research on heart disease or healthy lifestyles and answer any questions you may have.
